<p>Lean Manufacturing consists of three management areas made up of 12 elements. These areas are Technology Management, People Management and Systems Management. <p>Michael Tincher is President and one of two founders of Buker, Inc., a worldwide management education and consulting firm.  Mr. Tincher works with companies implementing Lean Manufacturing, Enterprise Resource Planning &amp; Supply Chain Management and Six Sigma business practices.  He has personally consulted with over 600 manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide.  His clients have been awarded the Australian Quality Award, Ireland’s Supreme Quality Award, Malcolm Baldrige Award, Shingo Prize and Industry Week’s – America’s Best Plants.</p>
