Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology that features analytical rigor and is metric based.
The Buker Green Belt Program provides participants a detailed review of Six Sigma, and a comprehensive review of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) structured problem solving methodology. The course features manufacturing examples from Buker clients. Each participant will learn problem solving concepts, the approach to building effective teams and statistical tools to lead process improvement to generate bottom line results.

Green Belt Certification
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification involves three steps: Step 1 – completion of the Green Belt offering, Step 2 – passing grade of the skills assessment administered at the conclusion of the Green Belt Course, and Step 3 – demonstration of results from an improvement project.
