Six Sigma Black Belt Program
Fifteen Day Course Available On Site Only
Six Sigma is an overall methodology that drives business improvement by focusing on the voice of the customer as well as the voice of the business. The blending of these two inputs, based on hard facts or data, tells the story of what your business should truly be focused on to drive towards World Class practices.
The Buker Black Belt program provides participants a comprehensive review of Six Sigma and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) structured problem solving methodology utilizing manufacturing examples from Buker clients.
Each participant will learn problem solving concepts, advanced statistical tools and the steps to provide effective Six Sigma leadership.
Define (the opportunity)
Measure (get the facts)
Analyze (what the facts tell us)
Improve (solutions)
Control (make improvement stick)
DMAIC is a systematic model for improving business processes.
