Six Sigma Certification applies to Green Belt and Black Belt candidates. Certification for Green and Black Belts involves three steps: Step 1 - completion of the Green or Black Belt educational offerings. Step 2 - passing grade of 70% or better of the skills assessment administered to all Green and Black Belt candidates attending Six Sigma educational offerings. Step 3 - successful completion of a Green or Black Belt Project approved by the company leadership council.
