WHAT IS
......A One-Day interactive workshop, in which a Buker
Facilitator will get the Project Leader and the Selection Team moving into the
correct next step of your System Selection process quickly and provide a level
of understanding for the next phase of the project - Implementation.
Your Selection Team and a Buker Facilitator will:
- Review the system requirements to determine if any changes
should be made to the requirements or functional requirements weighting.
- Discuss and develop examples of Your Project metrics.
- Discuss the project budget.
- Review the project justification opportunities.
- Identify the project risks.
- Complete at least two critical business process flows to
support the Critical Success Factors and business core competency areas.
- Review the requirements for a Project Leader and Project
Management elements. Discuss the RFI/RFP/RFQ process.
- Review the software demonstration process.
- Select a few Key system functional requirements and develop
sample demonstration scenarios. Discuss the software screening and final
selection process.
- Discuss third party project support.
- Review the highlights of a negotiations strategy.
- Review some implementation highlights.
WHY DO A
WORKSHOP?......Provides the next steps in making the
project move forward with a sense of direction and a plan. Once again gets the
cross-functional team to focus on what needs to be done to make the project a
success. Provides: another learning experience of the business processes, focus
to the project, a format to save on internal resources to get there, and the
elements of the project, which has a major impact on the future of your
company.
