Green Belt Training Program
The Buker Green Belt Program provides participants with an
overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC model, and the concepts of effective project
teams. Each participant will learn the basic problem solving concepts and
statistical tools needed to lead and work effectively in process improvement
initiatives.

$50,000.00 per project.
